Certified Surgical Tech OR

Job Details:

• Work in an operating room environment with 5 OR suites
• Day shift primary schedule with rotating call responsibilities
• Required to fulfill rotating call: one night per week minimum and one weekend per 5-week schedule minimum
• 1:1 patient ratio
• OR circulator experience required
• Must be able to scrub open heart procedures
• Perform and assist with procedures including orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neurology, and thoracic
• Operate basic OR equipment including cautery, video monitors, arthroscopy equipment, and positioning equipment
• Document and chart using Meditech EMR system
• No floating to other units required
• Scrubs provided at the facility
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Ideal candidate is flexible, caring, compassionate, and has a willing attitude
