Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: San Antonio, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,075 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 10/19/2026

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30-17:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - OR circulator experience - Ability to fulfill rotating call (one night a week minimum, one weekend per 5-week schedule minimum) Description: Call rotation includes weekdays, 11 PM - 7 AM. 1-2 rotating weekend call shifts required. Current staffing includes 5 full-time RNs, including a manager and board runner. 2 part-time RNs (one currently on leave) are on staff. 3 PRN RNs are also available, with 4 open requisitions for full-time nurses. The unit consists of 12 surgical techs. The typical patient ratio is 1:1. Basic OR equipment is used, including cautery, video monitors, arthroscopy equipment, and positioning equipment. The electronic medical record system utilized is Meditech. Candidates should be flexible, caring, and compassionate, with a positive attitude. Experience in orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, robotics, urology, vascular, cardiovascular, neuro, and thoracic procedures is preferred. Weekends and on-call shifts will require rotation, including one night a week minimum and one weekend per five-week schedule minimum.
