About the PositionOur client in Kentucky is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon for a 60-day assignment starting Aug 24, 2026. This full-time clinic and call role, with shifts from 8:30am - 5:30pm, requires comfort with consistent procedures. Responsibilities include rounding, patient consults, trauma, joint and fracture repairs, arthroscopy, and total joint replacements of the hip and knee.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive clinic and call coverage up to full time.
- Perform consistent surgical procedures as required.
- Conduct rounding and typical patient consults.
- Address typical trauma, joint, and fracture repairs.
- Execute arthroscopy procedures.
- Perform total joint replacement surgeries for hip and knee.
- Spine surgeries are not required, and hand expertise is not a prerequisite.
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Orthopaedic Surgery is required.
- The facility utilizes Meditech EHR.
