• Friday - Monday 72-hour shifts
• 2 weekends per month
• General and trauma orthopedic cases
• Level 2 trauma center
• 8 hours patient facing time per day
• Arthroscopy and total joint replacement required
• Hand surgery and tendon repair required
• 40,000 adult emergency visits annually
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
