We are seeking a fellowship-trained or board-eligible/board-certified Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our Orthopaedic Center of Excellence in Corinth, Mississippi.
The Opportunity
This is a rare ground-floor chance to build and lead a comprehensive orthopaedic program with the full backing of a well-resourced regional health system. You'll step into an established patient base, consistent surgical volume, and a service area with clear unmet demand, with no major local competition. The incoming surgeon has the flexibility to define scope of practice and develop a subspecialty focus aligned with their training and interests.
Clinical Responsibilities
Joint replacement (total and partial hip and knee)
Sports medicine and arthroscopic procedures
Trauma and fracture care, including hip fractures
Hand, wrist, and upper extremity
Foot and ankle surgery
Shoulder: rotator cuff, labrum, and instability
General orthopaedic spine
Inpatient consultations and emergency coverage
Clinical Environment
1,280+ orthopaedic surgical cases annually (1,282 in 2024; 1,286 in 2025)
DaVinci Robotic Systems, Xi and Si platforms on site
Full imaging suite: MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, and lab
Comprehensive anesthesia team and Dedicated orthopaedic nursing staff and Joint Care Coordinator
On-site rehabilitation and physical therapy
Advanced EMR (Meditech) with Dragon dictation

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary at 75th percentile MGMA; productivity bonus rewarding acuity and surgical complexity
Signing bonus, relocation, and residency stipend, all negotiable; J1/H1b sponsorship available
30 days PTO; CME 5 days plus $3,000; health insurance 100% covered, no deductible (Tier 1)
