About the PositionThis is a uniqueopportunity to practice full-scope orthopedic surgery in a rural communitysetting while enjoying 10 shift/month schedule and theprofessional support of a well-established, physician-led surgical group near Reno Nevada. Wespecialize in surgicalist programs and partner with hospitals nationwide toimprove care, expand access, and redefine how surgeons practice.

- Target volume: 150 acute cases + 150 elective cases = 300 total cases in year one

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience in arthroscopy, joint replacement, and acute fracture care
- Comfortable managing a balance of elective and inpatient referrals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment
