Salary: Starting at $400,000 - $800,000 per year depending on production. Earning potential of over $1 million per year once made a Partner.

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates (OOA), the region’s leading orthopaedic practice, is seeking a Fellowship-Trained Hand and Upper Extremity Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our growing and respected team of subspecialists. This is a full-time, partnership-track position offering an exceptional opportunity to develop a busy, rewarding practice quickly due to strong regional demand, an established referral network, and minimal competition.
Enjoy a practice that is over 95% elective and cold trauma, focused on hand, wrist, and elbow cases. This role is ideal for a highly motivated surgeon looking to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with access to advanced surgical technologies, onsite imaging, therapy services, and two physician-owned ambulatory surgery centers. You will be supported by experienced upper extremity surgeons who are available for mentorship and surgical collaboration, along with a robust clinical and administrative support team that allows you to focus on patient care.

Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted Washington State MD/DO license or the ability to obtain one.
- ABOS board eligible or certified
- Hand and Upper Extremity fellowship trained
